Essence 39mm "Black Pearl"

Black. Until It Isn't. At first glance, the Essence 39 Black Pearl reveals little more than a deep black dial. Until the light changes. What appears black is something else entirely. The dial begins as natural mother-of-pearl, with a black lacquer applied to the back of the shell. Light still passes through its translucent layers before reflecting back to the eye, revealing subtle flashes of rose, soft green and silvery blue that quietly appear and disappear as the watch moves. The Black Pearl also introduces the next generation of the Essence 39.
